Premature Mortality in Ethiopia and in the regions from 1990-2019

- Evidence on premature mortality from any cause is an important indicator to see disparities in availability and accessibility to health care as well as health resource allocation across the regions, yet these evidences are often lacking.
- The main purpose of this evidence brief is to show the burden and trends of death and premature mortality rate in Ethiopia and its regions from EPHI and IHME collaborative Global Burden of Disease (GBD 2019) national and regional analysis using all available data sources.
